Refund Policy
Version 2025-01-13. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for services provided by Rosh-Will LLC ("Rosh-Will," "we," "us," "our"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Our services
Rosh-Will provides professional copy editing, proofreading, and related writing services. These are digital, time-based professional services. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped.
When payment is taken
Each order is confirmed by a signed card authorization for a specific service and amount. Payment is taken at the time of order. After payment, you submit the document you want us to work on, and work begins once we have received it.
Refunds
- If you have paid but not yet submitted your document, you can request a refund, because work has not begun. Contact us and we will refund the amount paid for that order.
- Once you have submitted your document for us to work on, the fee is non-refundable, because the editing service has begun, except as required by law.
- If you are charged in error, including a duplicate charge or an amount different from your signed authorization, we will refund the difference promptly after confirming it, whether or not the document has been submitted.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original card used for payment. Depending on your card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at info@roshwill.com or +1 (737) 386-2096 so we can try to resolve it quickly. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under law or under your card issuer's rules.
