Delivery Policy
Version 2025-01-13. This Delivery Policy explains how completed work is delivered for services provided by Rosh-Will LLC. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Digital delivery, no physical shipping
Rosh-Will provides digital editing, proofreading, and writing services only. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All completed work is delivered electronically, by email or secure file transfer, to the address you provide with your order. Because there is no physical shipment, no shipping charges apply.
Delivery timeframe
- Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
- Larger projects, such as long manuscripts, may take up to 20 to 25 business days.
- The exact delivery timeframe for your order is agreed and confirmed before work begins, and is shown on your invoice and authorization.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Timeframes begin once payment is received and we have everything needed to start, including the final document and any instructions.
What affects timing
Delivery time depends on the length and complexity of the document, the service level chosen, and how quickly questions or drafts are reviewed. If a delay is expected, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Revisions and aftercare
Included revisions and aftercare are delivered the same way, electronically, within the period agreed for your service level. Premium orders include one week of post-submission edits.
